Our journey began in the early 90’s with the realization that the fall of the Iron Curtain ushered in an unprecedented opportunity; Many companies in the region that relied on financing directly from the government or state-owned banks would need to approach international capital markets for the first time. Companies in Lithuania and Russia were the first to engage us. Our team helped them restructure and obtain private sector financing, which included the first corporate Eurobond without government guarantee in the former Soviet Union. 

 

Since then, our team has brought its proven methodology to clients in developed and emerging markets worldwide. We go where the project is, working around the globe with our network of affiliates to operate locally in almost any region.
